TERRY STEWART

From a young age, the kitchen was my sanctuary. I spent countless hours alongside my mother, watching her transform simple ingredients into unforgettable meals. Those early moments of helping her prepare food sparked a lifelong passion for cooking and a deep appreciation for the art of creating delicious, soulful dishes.

Inspired by those cherished childhood memories, I pursued my dream of becoming a chef. Today, I bring over 20 years of experience as a classically trained chef, having worked in some of London’s most prestigious restaurants under the guidance of Michelin-starred chefs. My career has taken me to renowned establishments such as *The Collection* in South Brompton Street, *60 St James* in Green Park, and *Café Nico* in Hyde Park. For several years, I had the privilege of serving as Head Chef at *Pasha* in South Kensington, where I refined my expertise in Moroccan and North African cuisine, a culinary tradition I hold close to my heart.

**My Cooking Philosophy**

At the core of my cooking is a belief in letting the ingredients shine. I source the finest seasonal produce and pair them with thoughtful, complementary flavours to create dishes that are as visually stunning as they are delicious. My food is fresh, vibrant, and bursting with flavour—a true celebration of quality and creativity.

Whether I’m crafting an intimate dinner for two or a lavish feast for a special occasion, my goal is to deliver an unforgettable dining experience that reflects my passion, skill, and dedication to the craft.

I look forward to bringing my culinary expertise to your table and creating meals that inspire, delight, and bring people together.
