Terry cooked my family of 12 the most amazing 3 course meal last weekend in Surrey: crab cakes, beef wellington and lemon tart. We were renting a house for the weekend but Terry quickly got to grip with the unfamiliar equipment. Every course was delicious and the wellington was beautifully medium rare. Everyone said how tasty it was! My mother and grandmother are hoping to have Terry back again for another event next year. Thank you
