When you make a booking, we will either visit you or discuss over the telephone your menu and event requirements. You then pay a 50% deposit to secure your booking. We will have a consultation at least once with you between booking and the event to finalise any details. You are free to contact us with any questions between booking and the day itself.

We only charge for the personal chef services, food is at cost price to our clients (WORKING TO YOUR BUDGET) with all receipts provided. We believe in the power of good ingredients and having the food at cost price to you means you don’t have to cut any corners. Please contact us for our terms and conditions and scale of fees.
We prepare all meals in your kitchen. We will bring the fresh ingredients for your meals along with our own pots, pans and utensils, and prepare your food on site. At the end of the day we will leave your kitchen as we found it.
Most people prefer to use their own, but we can provide all of the above on request. There is an extra charge for this service (dependent on the quantities) which can be discussed on booking.
If you would like a waitress or butler for the evening, we are able to provide this. There is an extra charge for this service which can be discussed on booking.
Please have a clean kitchen and empty sink with room in your fridge & freezer as well as a working space for the chef, make sure your oven and gas are working.
Your chef will purchase high quality ingredients for you to make sure your meal is consistently excellent. It also ensures that everything required can be sourced. In our experience, we have found that this is the most effective way to operate, giving you one less thing to worry about.
Yes. When going over your food preferences, we will find out if you or your guests have any special dietary restrictions. The menus that we customise for you will incorporate all of your needs. For those guests with nut allergies we cannot guarantee that our meals are completely nut free.
Our cancellation policy is: Cancel 7 days in advance of the date booked: full refund
Change of date or location 7 days in advance of the date originally booked: we will endeavour to meet your new requirements, subject to the availability of the chef.
Cancel, change date or change location less than 7 days in advance of the original date booked: we’re sorry but we cannot offer you a refund if you cancel or wish to change the date. We may be able to change the location (if the menu, date, time and number of guests remain the same), but cannot guarantee this.
