Terry cooked my family of 12 the most amazing 3 course meal last weekend in Surrey: crab cakes, beef wellington and lemon tart. We were renting a house for the weekend but Terry quickly got to grip with the unfamiliar equipment. Every course was delicious and the wellington was beautifully medium rare.
